After Hal Cooper is discovered to be the Blackhood and Betty is still recovering, Alice leaves and Chuck sends out a edited video making it seem like she hates her friends and that she cheated on Jughead with Chuck. Only Betty knows the truth but nobody will believe her. So when her friends tell her to go to hell she starts to think maybe she should.
Will she be saved in time or will she die without anyone knowing the truth?

This is a Barchie story will include fictional scenarios after the events that occurred in 5x08. I know the ending of this episode was so disappointing so I am here to try to mend broken hearts like mine. Here is the Barchie storyline that we all deserve. We've patiently waited for far too long and since the writers can't give us the content we barchies deserve, I'll try my best to give it to you all. (book written March 2021-Nov 2021) (p.s: I wrote this story right after the premiere of the 8th episode, so this story is very different from the second half of the season, since at the time I was developing this story, Riverdale was on a three month hiatus and season five did not end until October). •••••••• "Betty. I may not be an FBI agent but I know what PTSD looks like" He pointed and I unconsciously fisted my hands. "don't do that" He begged in a whisper while reaching for my hands to keep me from digging my nails into my skin. This is a story how Betty Cooper gets bullied by her classmate, Jughead Jones. Betty Cooper is a straight A student with only one friend in the school who's name is Kevin Keller. Everyone gives her a hard time especially Jughead Jones. Everyone thinks she is ' the perfect girl' but in reality she is hurting on the inside because her parents abuse her when she does nothing wrong. She never told anyone about her situation except Kevin but when Betty haves to tutor Jughead how will she handle this? Jughead Jones is the captain of the football team. He is the most popular person in the school but at home he feels alone. His mom took off with his little sister when he was 5 years old and his dad started drinking when they left them. Jughead is failing math. Principal Honey says that Betty Cooper is tutoring him because he will loose being captain of the football team if he doesn't get his grades up. He is really mad and anoyed that he has to spend time with her. What will happen? Will they get closer or will Jughead keep bothering Betty?
