Lara, when trying to visit her long-time BFF Alina, is attacked by a wolf. This would've been the death of her if Radu hadn't saved her in time and brought her back to their house.
He himself was a werewolf, and could tell that what- whoever had attacked Lara was definitely also lycan.
That next day would be that of the full moon.
This kickstarted the poor girl's transformation, making her body go through changes that'd normally have to occur over the span of a week.
Now the dilemma appears to Radu, should he try to stop Lara's transformation and possibly terrify the others, or should he let her go through it, unable to fight back?
This choice doesn't have much time to decide to act on..
Lara knows everything, unable to tell anyone.. They'd never believe her..
