This takes place roughly after the events of Metroid Fusion and after the events of Halo 4 (specifically after Escalation: Issue 11).
After a mission investigating a strange Forerunner signature, Master Chief is transported to an unfamiliar place that is definitely FAR from home. Here, he'll meet a galaxy he's completely unfamiliar with.
Metroid belongs to Nintendo. Halo belongs to Microsoft. The title "Haloid" comes from Monty Oum's original animation.
