After being the Flash for two years our hero Sabre falls. He receives and injury that will effect his powers as the Flash Forever. For a new job he becomes a foster parent and takes care of kids to help him feel better and contribute to Core City even though he can no longer fight or the city thanks to his injury. He is trying to recover as quickly as possible to gain his powers back and fight once again. Rainbow is a 12 year old boy who has been to home to home in the foster care system.
