Drift was tired of Crosshairs nagging and seeked to get away, only to have the gunsmech find him. But it turns out Crosshairs isn't always insufferable.

*Not intended as a ship fic, I won't tell you not to ship them and not to enjoy the vibe you can get; but I wish to make it explicitly clear that I've my own separate ships for Crosshairs and Drift each and this is supposed to be seen at most as a queer platonic partnership, as opposed to a romantic one.*
