Brandon lost everything when his wife died. His career went down the tubes, his friends and family deserted him, his life is gone. That is until his passion in the occult helps him find a ritual that can resurrect his wife and get his life back on track. Malachai is the son of Lucifer. Or rather, the youngest and most sheltered son of several. However, that won't stop him from trying to overthrow his father and taking the throne of Hell. So, when an opportunity to cause some mayhem in the form of a novice ritual and capture his first soul, he jumps at the chance. In rituals like these, every word, action, and pronunciation makes or breaks the outcome. So, when an accident breaks the circle, Malachai and Brandon accidentally join souls and become bound to one another! Now joined, Brandon is thrust head first into the bowels of the occult world, and Malachai must learn what it means to be human. Can the two of them survive the world and each other long enough to beat Malachai's father Lucifer and the armies of Hell, or will both of them burn for all eternity?

A fanfic so realistic it might be true. Follow this tale about destiny despite the odds, filtered through the eyes of a troubled celibate with a sardonic sense of humour. Will she eventually bury her clutches into Nara's husband and successfully become his second wife? Or will she, to her surprise and utter disgust, wind up with the man that Lucky Blue heralds in her life? Surely the 'blameless' Son of God, is a better match for a girl like Deneo, as Lucky's a better suit for someone like Nara? So why can't Deneo accept this? Is Lucky too luscious to resist? Or does the notion of the man who expels demons being a demon himself too much truth to bear? Prepare for a few horrifying facts and a rocky road to heaven. * "Deneo is too flustered to look up at Lucky - to see how he feels about what they had just done. What 'had' they just done? It was just a hug, right? Good grief it felt wrong, but amazing all at the same time. Who cares about heaven at this point? What could be better?"
