Each chapter is about each of the 16 contestants that must prove themselves and get over their worst fears while doing so. 
                                                                       Some will live and some will die..
                                                                Actually there has never been a winner.
Meanwhile, the host is a strange being usually referred as 'my lord' or 'sire'. He is simply there to watch and occasionally take part in their downfall if needed. Otherwise, he simply wants to watch them all burn, but, after years have past and new contestants have come and gone he feels as if hes missing something and so he searches within the group of contestants instead of the court of night.

I wrote these first chapters a year ago so I forgot that the serial killer does sexually assault his victims as their deaths are a turn on for him. They don't know it though. I could never write that kind of scene. At least as far as I know I can't. So like I said this story is definitely for adults. I'm going to update per my writing. If I write a new chapter then I'll update with a new chapter on here. So for example today I wrote 3 chapters so I updated with 3 chapters.
