Tales from the Wishing House

The children of the River fold wishes into cranes for generations, without complaint, without question, until little Sachi emerged from her mother's painful wishing. Now, through the knowledge passed down in her ancestor's journals, Sachi must find a way to flow past the River's grip and into the edge of the sun, to earn the freedom that she has been yearning for all her life.
