Based off Mystery Dungeon, kind of.
An unfathomable creature from the darkest depths of the sea has risen once more to annihilate everything before it. As a result, an age-old being summons a myriad of humans from another dimension to defeat the forgotten demon. One such human just so happens to be Spirit, but as it turns out, he's awful at this whole thing. And that's a real issue when half of everything seems to want you dead in this world.

But of course, the dark forces will seek to snuff out any potential light at the end of the tunnel. Dialga, now gone primal, seeks his own self preservation, even if it includes commanding a Pokémon suffering through grief to do his bidding. Learn of the story of the Pokémon of the future, of the Treecko who would partner with a human to change history, of how friends would turn into enemies and how things played out from their perspective. The plot of this fic is loosely based on the ROM Hack "Special Episode 0: In A Dark Past", with changes to the tone being somewhat less dark and alternative characters in different roles. Legendaries and How They Think of Their Trainers
Basically picture a legendary in a pokèball. If you think of Groundon which weighs a lot and is quite big, a tiny ball can't be comfortable. Then we have stuff like Arceus being Jesus and Kyogre being inspired off of a killer whale but sounds like a screaming child. This book is a comedy and is about how legendaries would think of these situations. The perspectives vary on different scenarios.
