Ari was the cheer squad captain. She always had great grades, wasn't a bad girl and always followed the rules, was one of the most popular girls in the school. Always had all the guys falling for her. Ryann on the other hand - the complete opposite. She was the schools' quarterback (only female on the team), she was a bad girl, she didn't care what people think, all everyone wanted her (guys and girls)
When they accidentally start talking to each other both Ryann and Ari feel things they've never felt before. But when one of them comes out about their feelings and gets rejected, will it change everything for each of them? Or will it make the other long for them more?
Crushes can be devastating. Will this be one of them?

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
