I almost claimed another lost soul that night. Almost.
I'm close though.
Out of all the lives I have taken, never have I ever been so eager to take this one.
Her friends, her silly friends, knew nothing.
Her family was oblivious to what they were doing to her.
And high school, was not something she was very fond of.
She woke up in a hospital bed. Her friends and family are crying beside her bed.
Questioning themselves. Blaming themselves.
It's so intriguing seeing both sides of the story take place.

In a sick sort of way, she loved it-reminiscing about Leo, literally drowning in the memories of him. And it isn't long till Riley does drown herself among those gray memories, shutting and shunning the world forever, in a place too far to reach. She is already so gone, that every one of her friends and family are very close to giving up, and on each tick of the clock Riley is close to letting go. Please, try not to hate her. She's just a girl, after all. She's still figuring things out and doesn't understand what love truly means. She's never learned how to love or be loved. It's not entirely her fault. Others should have tried harder to understand her instead of blaming her. They left her feeling abandoned and labeled her as a monster. She was the angel and I was the devil. I knew better than to fall for a good girl like her but something about her lured me hard. Maybe because she was hard to get or the only one who was better than me in my own game. I would be the one breaking hearts but I guess tables turn. Her love was torture for me but a torture I enjoyed. She had wings no one can see but I saw.
