Exactly a month after Harry Osborn aka The Green Goblin fought Spider-Man and nearly ended both their lives gave Harry selective insomnia, making him lose most of his memories.
During his stay at the Ravencroft institute his memories slowly return and the one thing that keeps his mind buzzing is the fact that Spider-Man caused all of this and that the only way he will ever get peace and closure is by ending the web crawlers life. 

With the help of Roderick Kingsley he assembles  a group of individuals who see their advantages in working for their unknown supplier. But sooner or later the truth will be discovered and the only question that remains then is whether loyalty can be both or blackmailing is the golden ticket to the ultimate destruction of New York's very own Spider-Man.
