We're in the year 2566, the war between Shadow and his brother West has been going on for 6 years now, alot has changed since the start, especially shadow. But before this great war he was a different person, not a dictator, not a true leader, not anyones master but just a highly trained Spartan II in within the UNSC called X. A story of a man so driven by revenge that he went from the bottom to the top.

(NOTE: this story takes place inside the halo universe from the popular videogame franchise "halo". It might include some references and names of vehicles. i also don't own anything of the halo universe, all credit goes to microsoft, Bungie and 343 industries )
