"schizophrenia is a very serious mental illness in which someone cannot think or behave normally and often experiences delusions and hears voices"

Beatrice Glass lives with these voices, every single day of here life. Even though she has gotten used to them, you can't really live your life normally, or think normally when you have voices in your head telling you, what to do or think.

She has tried for years to heal from this sickness, these horrible head aching voices... but when she finally opens up to this boy with ink on his body, the voices grow quieter..

He is not comfortable with it and he doesn't like what his feeling . He fights himself and try hard not to look at the girls beauty , but he can't help but to stare .
