Originally I was planning on publishing chapters for this story as I was writing them this month. But I have quickly learned that that just overwhelms me because I am not the type of person who can write in chronological order.
I am all for stories being told out of order but for the stories to be told in the order I write them is just confusing. There has to be structure to the out of orderness of a story. And when this story is finished, I can guarantee it will not be told in chronological order. It will focus on two key points in time and we will bounce back in forth between the two.
I am going to keep the chapter I posted already up as kind of a preview for what this story will be about. But I have already decided on major changes I am going to make.

This is the novel I'm writing for National Novel Writing Month, I'm planning on it being approx. 50,000 words, that's 1,667 words per day. This project might continue on into December if it gets enough reads and support, that being a big if. A few seasons ago, I participated in NaNoWriMo with the goal of writing a story a day for the entire month of November. I was able to do this and ended up with well over 50,000 words for the month. This book ended up with around 43K words, but it is missing a few stories. I didn't want to put anything that goes with "Pearls of the Mother" in the "Illogies." Each day I sat down to write, I had a different mood or something else I was thinking about, and I let that guide my writing process.
