Lyra is you're average everyday student, but with a catch. Lyra is a shapeshifter, and part of a pack that is strict on it's members. Any rule-breaker will be punished, and most likely killed. There are three very important rules. One, do NOT expose your talent to any mundane. Two, Shifters may NOT be involved in any kind of relationship outside of the pack. And Three, under any circumstances, absolutely NO ONE is permitted to turn another human being.
All is fine until Lyra meets a strange black-haired boy. They grow close together, and when he is taken hostage and threatened to be killed, she must take action to save him. But with this choice, comes dire consequences.
