Lauren was created by a scientist named Dr. Ivoron Joseph. But one days she accidentally listened to one of the doctor conversation, so she escape the facility and now living in a huge city named Gem City where all of the others gems lives.
But soon, she found out that there is also a anther gems like her and they escape the facility too. She then set off to go find this two other gems and also discover about their power.

After Pink shattered, Y/N was heavily protected and had a harness around her at all times, always around either the diamonds or heavily guarded by two topazes and a jasper. After the explosion, she was founded by The Crystal Gems and was officially their 'hostage'.
