The land of Ponos is riddled with a whole load of mental health issues; anxiety, depression, dysphoria etc. The number of people alive is decreasing rapidly with suicide seeming to be the only escape. Then a group of scientists discover a way to make everyone 100% the same.

Eijaz is a pretty ordinary kid that suffers from depression. One day at school everyone is brought into a room for an injection. When he goes back home a news broadcast is on saying how the world has been cured completely. The world has been given a new name of Idia and everyone gets on as normal... until the day Eijaz realises that nothing has changed inside him.
