I'm up now, is about 16 year old Promise who lives with her mom in Detroit, Michigan. Promise has been through so much in the last year from emotional heartache, broken promises, & not having a place to live. But not once did she decide to leave her mom for the better, she stuck it out. Growing up promise was tought that it's not about the problem it's about how you go about solving it. Promise is trying to figure out who she is and who she is becoming. Along her journey he meets ky'ree, ky'ree 18 years old brings light and comfort into promises' life giving her the reassurance she needs but opening up has always been hard for promise.
