Odette King runs a service called Cupid's Letters, students approach her to profess feelings to the person of their desire and Odette writes it down and sends it in a letter as cupid. She does it on all days of the year but it is mostly used for declarations of Love on Valentine's Day.
Odette sees teen love all the time but also sees the heart break of the people who are callously rejected.
As another Valentine's Day rolls around Odette gets an influx of letters with people taking their 20 seconds of bravery to write out a note to their intended. However Odette doesn't expect to receive one herself that is left unsigned.
To complicate things further events unfold that lead the devil-may-care bad boy West Orson to her locker where he finds himself intrigued by the cupid writing love cynic.
Will Odette be able to hold onto her heart or will she eventually succumb to the will of Cupid?
