Nijigasaki Private High School consists of a middle school and high school in the Odaiba area. The school also has an associated set of dorms for students, which are not required. The school aims to foster world-class specialists in various fields, and as such has many areas of study and specialized departments not found in other schools. The school encourages the independence of students.

This is a story about 2nd year student Ayumu Uehara who help Kasumi Nakasu, a member of Nijigasaki Private High School Idol Club to rebuild the club that been left behind by previous members, driven by one seriously big dream: To become the next generation of "school idols" and hopefully making the previous members realize that 'The Only person that can take away the dream is the person that gave up on them'
