Nijigasaki Private High School consists of a middle school and high school in the Odaiba area. The school also has an associated set of dorms for students, which are not required. The school aims to foster world-class specialists in various fields, and as such has many areas of study and specialized departments not found in other schools. The school encourages the independence of students.

This is a story about 2nd year student Ayumu Uehara who help Kasumi Nakasu, a member of Nijigasaki Private High School Idol Club to rebuild the club that been left behind by previous members, driven by one seriously big dream: To become the next generation of "school idols" and hopefully making the previous members realize that 'The Only person that can take away the dream is the person that gave up on them'

Her luck changes in her second year, as her family is forced to move into Tokyo. In her mind there's no doubt, her school of choice is Otonokizaka. Now in a school known for their idol history, she expects to join in the Idol Club as soon as possible, however she is met with the news that the club has been shut down. What happened to the club? Will Misa's dream end even before it started? And what happened to Cereza?
