List of Medical Abbreviations: 
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (it's a certificate nurses can go for to show that they're competent in CPR AED stuff in the event someone's heart stops) [the reference in the fic: the first step to determining if someone is responsive/alive is to tap them on the shoulder firmly and say 'hello, hello, are you okay' - yes this is actually real]
A. Fib - Atrial Fibrillation (an abnormal heart rhythm that predisposes one to stroke) 
ECG - Electrocardiogram (checks heart rhythm) 
GCS - Glasgow Coma Scale (it's to judge how conscious/alert one is) 
MCA - Middle Cerebral Artery (one of the large arteries in the head, that is commonly affected by strokes)

2 Dec 2020: Brett is coping with an illness of body and brain. His body is much better now, but why is he still so lethargic? This is my story of what happened that last month of 2020. It starts somber, but knowing me being a sucker for good endings, everything will be alright. Right? My first Breddy fanfic!! SNFW will be marked, there will be at the end. Oh shit. Not another book she has to maintain. Update the others for God's sake! No<3 I keep having these eejits on my mind and I wanna just make a book dedicated to them. I'll use prompts from generators and some of my own ideas in this because yes. Valid reason, I know. I was thinking of not using my AUs in this but said "Fuck it." so you may see stuff for them. Anyways, like always, ONE is created by Cheesy Hfj on YouTube and I am simply just writing about two idiots in love because I need to spread cringe. This is just Eddy telling, let's have a listen to what he has to say about his life and his partner, his sheltering sky: Brett. I recommend you read Brett's "you have made my life complete" simultaneously, it turns out their entries change a little character, from being kind of diary-entries, to letters to one another. (?) They're such goofy guys. *rolling my eyes*
