Ada Pieters never thought she'd say that about anyone. At least not a guy. Well, no, not just a guy - Ada loves plenty of guys. She loves her Dad, and Usher, and Jesus. Jesus counts, right?
What she means is she never thought she'd find the guy who could turn her snark into sunbeams, or her grimaces and groans into girlish little giggles. She never thought she'd find someone who'd make her sing along to the radio or start staying awake during Jennifer Aniston movies. But then she met Jeremy, and ever since then, Ada's brambleberry thicket heart has been turned into squishy brambleberry pie.
Jeremy is perfection, in every sense of the word. He doesn't leave the seat up when he pees. He remembers her birthday and her sister's name. He always texts her good morning, always kisses her goodnight and always buys her a Milky Bar on the days she wakes up mad. Ada has no idea what someone like Jeremy could possibly see in someone like her, but she knows that he makes her the happiest girl alive. And she'll do anything to make him feel the same.
