Is there one person for everyone? Someone who will love you unconditionally no matter what. The only person in this world who really gets you. Is there such a thing as meant to be, and do soulmates really exist? Betty and Jughead have attended the same school for years, but never really noticed each other. That is until one day, they are ordered to work together on an assignment. Will their differences come between them, or will Betty be able to see past Jughead's closed facade? Through time they develop a close friendship and maybe even more. Unfortunately not everyone are happy about the the two's aspiring romance. Will Betty and Jughead get through the crazy obstacles thrown their way, and can their relationship stand the test of time?
A/N: I hope you like my first story called "A Bughead story" (very original I know). I'll be trying to upload as much as possible, hopefully at least a couple of parts a week (depending on how busy I am).

Betty Cooper had one last summer before she left for college. One last summer before Yale, and one last summer stuck in the awful town of Riverdale. She's never had a boyfriend, and according to her best friends, Veronica Lodge, Kevin Keller, and Cheryl Blossom, she's never lived. So, her friends give her a challenge. Make a summer bucket list of everything she wants to do, and after she lives, she can go be a perfect student again at Yale. Seems easy enough. But when old feelings start to get in the way of her plans, will she complete all the items on her list, and finally live? I do not own any of the characters. The characters and the show Riverdale all belong to the CW. The plot, however, is mine. Idk if I'll ever finish this story, since I am super unmotivated and I did plan for it to be pretty long. But eventually, I do hope to finish it, so don't give up on me yet.Concluida

Jughead plans something special... Noticing Betty's tension, Jughead takes stress relief into his own hands... ~~~ Notes: This story is set in the same Alternate Universe as "The Exception to the Rule" ~ We pick up, right where we left off. I've taken some liberties with the Riverdale storyline, incorporating more Archie Comic details, but we follow the Riverdale story line until (and including) episode #7. After that day, he starts to see Betty Cooper in a new way. He has seen her smile, and wavy dirty blonde hair almost everyday since he was 5 years old, but he has never noticed how perfect her lips were, or how the waves of her hair shape her face perfectly. After break-up, Jughead and Betty managed to be friends for entire year, having calls and texts, sharing things about their lifes in university. Jughead tried really hard to keep it that way until he couldn't. One drunken call and their lifes changed in many ways. They started the hating competition - how rude and mean you can be to each others, how can you hurt other one even more? They don't see each other often, only few times in past several years, but they keep leaving messages here and there, hurtful ones. They hear things from their friends and family, but no, they don't wanna see each other. Jughead knows Betty likes to go out with Veronica and she works hard, she has a cat. Betty knows Jughead has a girlfriend, again, and he writes still.
