Picture from - www.map-of-australia.us Poetry by me... Celebrating Australia in a new way... My own portrait of Australia... Where my queries are amalgamated with reality and a possible future... Plus some historical fiction of its past and present triumphs as well as its past atrocities. Oh and I can't mention Australia without mentioning its glorious wildlife...

Here is a sample poem - I hope you enjoy -

David Hurt's - After the Singe Cometh New Life

A burnt out world,
seemingly lifeless,
bursts into glorious colour.

Every dormant soul,
awaits to give the gift,
the gift of the precious borne.

Life anew...

Thank you and I hope you enjoy the rest...

A lone woman is sitting in a table near the window, where she could see vehicles passing by her house. She held her AK-47 as if it were a guitar, while a journalist was on the other side of the table. She wondered why a journalist would come to her house unexpectedly while she's doing a maintenance check on her gun, but she didn't mind it, because the reporter was gathering information about a certain individual - a man she knew all too well. She placed the gun on her side, and spoke. "Oh, him? Yeah, I know him. It's going to take a while..." The reporter immediately opens her notepad. She asked the woman if it's okay for her to be recorded, to which she agreed. The reporter then placed a recorder on the table, turned it on, and nodded at the woman, allowing her to continue. "Did you know, there are three kinds of aces? Those who seek strength, those who live for pride, and those who can read the tide of battle. Those are the three. And him? He was a true ace." The woman looked at the sky through her window. There, she saw a trail from an aircraft. Whether it was from fighter plane or a civilian aircraft was uncertain. She smiled, and continued. "It was a cold and snowy day..." (Azur Lane is rightfully owned by Yostar, and Ace Combat is rightfully owned by Bandai Namco. What is love, if not a force both tender and cruel-a dance of chance, destiny, and choice? Two souls collide, each tethered by commitments, yet in the quiet spaces between their worlds, they discover something profoundly real. Why does fate play such tricks-allowing them to meet when their lives are no longer truly their own? Is it a lesson, or simply a twist of cosmic irony? Love, in its purest form, defies the confines of time and circumstance. Millions walk through life in the shadows of unfulfilled relationships-some clinging to vows once made in hope, others aching for the love they were told to expect. But love is more than a promise. It is a pulse, an energy that transcends boundaries, distance, and logic. It arrives unbidden, from the most unexpected places-a fleeting moment, a stolen glance that stirs the soul awake. And yet, the story deepens when those bound by duty confront the unanswerable: Do you remain where obligation lies, where history holds you? Or do you risk everything to follow the cry of your heart? These choices echo far beyond the lovers themselves. They ripple outward-touching families, reshaping communities, and leaving imprints on generations to come. The names in this story are purely fictitious, born from imagination and shaped by emotion. They are vessels for exploring universal truths-of longing, sacrifice, and the quiet courage it takes to choose love. Within these imagined lives lies a heartbeat that belongs solely to this story, yet resonates with anyone who has ever dared to feel deeply.

33 parts Ongoing Mature

How far would you go to save your family? Would you take a life for them? A hundred? A thousand? How many before your conscience finally screams, "Enough"? They answered this question with [Ruination]-an unprecedented catastrophe that wiped out countless universes, all for the faintest chance to reclaim what was lost. No hesitation. No regret. Perhaps the Heavens sought to reward them for their love-or punish them for the slaughter of untold worlds. Either way, they were granted a second chance-to return to the past and reshape their fate. In a world where every lifeform's destiny is predetermined by the Heavens, NOX and Lucas uncover a chilling truth: the purpose of life is not merely to exist, but to pursue [Transcendence]. One is destined to achieve [Transcendence], while the other-whether willing or unwilling-must assist another in achieving it. Follow NOX and Lucas, as one is fated to transcend, while the other is doomed to be forgotten by history. Can they break free from their predetermined paths? Or will they scream, "I will defy the Heavens!" like a protagonist in a Dragon Country novel? Can the Heavens tolerate such blasphemy?
