The Do Over

After the attack from an unknow source, everyone who is still alive is force to re-build. Everyone has to help and find jobs, the government has to start over from scratch so no one knowns anything. New laws have been put into place and if anyone breaks the rules, it is up to the rest of the people to pick out their punishment.
