Piper Williams, a sweet girl with big blue eyes and heart to match, wants a tattoo. Not just one, two, or even three? Oh no, enough to piss off her twin brother Patrick. She had grown to hate the arrogant, controlling, dick, and wanted to show him exactly who could control her, and that it wasn't him. Jackson Marks came to this rainy town two years ago to start fresh. He managed to find a job at the city's famous tattoo parlor and was ultimately granted the title of "Town Rebel" But getting caught in a whirlwind of trouble left him in a bit of a competition with the other resident town badass.
