The year is 2290 almost 300 years after the bombs fell and threw the world into nuclear war. The world became a radiated wasteland nearly incapable of inhabiting life. But the people who survived found a way. Those who made it to the vaults thought they were safe, but little did they know Vault-Tec had other ideas.
Kasey Bowen is a 19 year old girl and the main protagonist of this story. She is the daughter of Jack Bowen, the mayor the The Boro, one of the settlements in the North Carolina district
The Carolina Wasteland has been divided since the bombs first fell. North and South Carolina have been fighting for dominance.

Fallout is based on what people in 1998 would think people in 1950 would imagine the world would be like in the 2070s, then nuked. Fallout is more about the people and communities that try to move forward after a nuclear devestation, those who thrive, and then those who are drifting off, and those who have hit such a bottom that they have no further to fall. Many communities will rise from the nuclear ash for most to fail. In this world, there are no good guys; there are no bad guys. Everyone is just trying to get by and survive. The story takes a first-person point of view from a character who is pushed out of her home and into an unknown world. This world is mostly under control by two main factions at war though; one being the self-proclaimed United States and the other being the self-proclaimed owners of the counter, the Enclave. This story has many ups and downs and level offs. It has frustrations, situations, shows emotion, and thinking of the main character. It will read dynamically in its speed and depth in specific details as this girl looks for a new home in the post-nuclear wasteland in the year of 2300.مكتمِلة
