 The world wasn't supposed like it was meant to be... it was heading toward darkness and "ruin" could no longer be avoided, so a Trickster needed to rise to save the planet from the abyss of murkiness. The country was shrouded with mysterious incidents that sent terror to its people.

Ren Amamiya, a prisoner of fate, found himself in a once-in-a-lifetime case after moving from his hometown to Tokyo after being found guilty for trying to save a person in need. Condemned for a crime he didn't commit, thrown behind bars, hurt by his own parents, expelled from his school, bullied by his classmates, and looked at as scum by the eyes of society.

In a whim of fate, he met Emiko Hayashi; a girl with an untold secret that was locked away within the depths of her soul. Nagisa Konno; a shy and timid boy who vowed to protect his little sister from the ugliness of the world by any price he had to pay. Kasumi Yoshizawa; the mysterious and beautiful rhythmic gymnast who moved to Shujin under a scholarship, dreaming to reach the world championship to honor her late twin.

In his new home, Ren founded the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, a group of youthful and passionate vigilantes who took the task of changing society and give courage to the weak. Living an ordinary high school life in Tokyo by day, the group maneuvered the metropolitan city by night, guiding the world away from ruin. However, through his journey of rehabilitation, Ren faced the most difficult choice... shall he refuse the reality imposed by him, he shall sacrifice the happiness of others.

After months of getting to know and love Futaba Sakura, knowing that she is the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with, it's all ripped away by one man. Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!! The Cognition of individuals and society, with those reflecting on how they perceive the world leads to places called Palaces. One person known as Suguru Kamoshida, is a teacher at Shujin Academy who views the school as his own personal kingdom. As for the male students, he subjects them to an utterly ruthless training regimen that many of them compare to torture, and will even use as punishment if his team loses a game. Sick of the deception, hypocrisy, and corruption around them, the Phantom Thieves are devoted to "stealing" the corrupt hearts of evil adults in order to change and reform society for the better. (OC x Ren Amamiya) For as long she can remember, she lost her parents at a very young age and was raised and adopted by a Chinese-English speaking family that resides in Yongen Jaya along with her stepsister. She had learned how to speak Chinese and has managed really well in Kosei High thanks to her family until she was told that she had to transfer out of Kosei due to unknown reasons. Everyone around her in her current school were wary of her and she almost felt she didn't fit in until she met someone. Context: This is a rewritten fanfiction that was made back in 2019/2020(?). I wanted to restart because I didn't like how the story was going. This would include a lot of special things including spoilers and custom plots which is 100% original. Yu Narukami and the Investigation Team have been looking for the one who's been throwing people into the T.V. and causing them to die. Yu figures out who it is but decides not to tell the Investigation Team as he feels protecting the Killer is the best choice. When he comes face to face with him before Leaving Inaba, Yu decides to help the killer out by burning the last piece of evidence that could get him caught. The next day he would go back home from Inaba after committing this Sin, only to discover he's been sent back in time, whether a God or a Demon did this, with only one objective.
