Logan and Patton are the parents of the adopted 3 year old twins Remus and Roman. Dean (Deceit) is a single father of adopted 3 year old Virgil, who just moved in to the house across the street. Virgil, though only 3, deals with extreme anxiety, he's a slow learner so he doesn't talk very much and rarely, if not ever, leaves Dean's side and has developed trust issues and PTSD due to the incident that caused them to move in the first place. Unfortunately due to the new circumstances, Dean now has to work so that they can afford to live and is unable to afford for Virgil to go to daycare. Since Patton is a stay at home dad and was very friendly the first time meeting, Dean puts Virgil in his care also hoping that it will help Virgil with his social skills and being around other kids his age. *Completed* Virgil has never had it easy, not since he was kicked out of his home by his own father. He's struggled to survive, and has fought for food. He sees what should have been an easy meal, some berries on a tree hanging over the river. It should have been easy to get it, of course the stupid branch had to break and he was sent plummeting into the river. Roman loves to sneak away from his colony and his fae duties to head to the river, he's always wondered what is on the other side of it. Virgil, the love of Prince Roman's life got banished. Three years later the Light Sides and The Dark Sides go into war. They see each other again and back come the feelings although Virgil pushes him away. Both want peace, both want love. Can't this be happily ever after? Longer blurb- Prince Roman fell in love with a commoner, Virgil Sanders. He knew it was a bad idea but he couldn't help it. When his parents, the King and Queen of the Light Kingdom, found out they banished Virgil, sending him to the Dark Kingdom. When the Lightsides and the Darksides go back into war, Roman and Virgil see each other again after two years. Neither had forgotten and they only want each other back, how can they save both kingdoms and get each other? Patton, Roman's younger brother gets pulled into a plan. One Virgil made up with the help of Janus and Remus, friends he's made on the darkside. Logan being Virgil's cousin is also included in this plan, one Roman has no idea about. One that could end up with all of them dead. How is this going to work and can they all live happily ever after?
