Its been a year and a half since fsociety executed their hack to save the world from itself. The mountainous debts owed by people who had no means to pay have been relieved. The people who created these debts for them have been repaid with the fall of their companies because of lack of money. People have rallied around the vigilantly hacker team, agreed with their cause and have started protests in their name; everything went as planned. Elliot had returned to some version of normalcy, though his life was never normal. A new girl has moved into Shayla's old apartment. She's different from the people who lived there before her and vastly different from anyone who lived in the building before. Like Elliot, she keeps to herself and hardly leaves her apartment but other than that she seem rather normal. As time passes Elliot does what he does best, he hacks. But its more of the same. Since Wattpad has an age of consent in their guidelines, I will have the explicit scenes on AO3 and not on here. If scenes like that make you uncomfortable, this will be the version without any of that. If you're curious, I don't use any of the more graphic words, this kind of thing makes me a bit uncomfortable so I wrote it in a way that didn't make me feel weird. Either way, you read whichever version you like. The Wattpad version will allude to some of those scenes however because some are quite important. I'll probably put an announcement or something at the start to let you know.
