It is 12,000 years after mankind, and the Cephalopods have flourished in peace for as long as they can remember. But in a savage twist of fate; they begin to repeat the bloody history of humanity all over again.
Inklings and Octolings wage war for land and dominance; clashing in the trenches of Europe and Eruasia.
But amidst the carnage and the death; there is a sign of hope for peace between the two races. But at what bloody cost will it take before they see the light?
Follow the story of Hydra Squad; a group of hand picked inklings and octolings trained and selected to bring the worst conflict in history to an end; even if it means they themselves pay the ultimate price.

This is a resurrection of a story I wrote on Splatoon Amino that saw little success due to the community itself. I hope you enjoy the story as much as I did making it. It took me months to write the original story to share with you here.

Being on many missions herself, fighting Octolings like him, she can't help but get the feeling that something about him isn't quite right. Agent 8 feels unsure and unwelcomed to the city as he is forced to hide his identity as not all inklings accept Octolings into their home. Not only that, but he also has a problem with getting along with Agent 3! But what happens if a mysterious, unknown threat comes toward the surface, threatening to destroy both Inkling and Octoling kind alike? Can the agents work together to save their race? Or would their city population be washed away for good? _________________ This story takes place after the events of Octo Expansion Hi and welcome to my 2nd book!
