[Completed] Imagine. You, and everyone you know is blind. Its been that way for as long as you can remember. But one day, you wake up, and you can...see? You don't know whats going on, the only thing you know is that on all the walls, streets, everywhere you can look, something has written "Don't tell anyone you can see". To complicate maters even more, you meet a mysterious kid who claims he needs to save you.

This is just a short unfinished story I made years ago so- don't mind the spelling errors :) A world where the Earth has been abandoned by humans after the events of World War |||. The remaining humans on the Earth believe it has something to do with the sun but are wrong. There is only a certain amount of time left before all the oxygen in the Earth is gone. They must escape the face of the Earth, but will they be able to? Ngl tho, I have no idea what this story is exactly about cause this was made when I was like 10 so please keep that in mind. Also if you find out what's the story is about, please do let me know, cause rn I'm just guessing cause I don't wanna read it... :DTerminé

in which the crew of the vision finds you as the sole survivor of a classified research facility and there's more gaps in your memory than memories themselves. on top of that, you've got this weird feeling that the captain of the crew you've found yourself with isn't exactly what he seems... ⇢ genre: sci-fi, set in the near-ish future, humans and aliens and robots, black op mission, captain kun, ?????? reader, slow burn, fluff, dash of angst, ft. wayv as the crew of the vision ; ⇢ cw: past unethical experimentation, brief blood and gore descriptions (some human and some non-human), you have to accept the premise of a single human empire in space in the future with colonies and a military and not think deeper about that, multiple needle/injection mentions, knife/injury/blood description, main characters are morally gray ; ⇢ extra info: took a lot of obvious inspo for this one from isaac asimov's robot stories, specifically his concept of positronic brains & the three laws of robotics (and if you've read any of his stories, you'll probably be able to see some other places too) ; ⇢ x reader ; [67.8k]Terminé
Blind Promises
A lonely girl from a small town in Oklahoma finds herself in the middle of Seattle, Washington. What she didn't know was fate was about to deal her a hand that she needed to help put all her demons back where they belonged, locked away for good. A war hardened soldier, blinded in an attack while doing a black ops mission, was sitting there with his friend at a movie night of all things when an angel walked into the room. What little vision he did have gave him the notion that an ethereal being had just graced his presence. Little did he know, she'd be stuck with him for the foreseeable future after an unexpected attack. At first she was drawn to his service dog, but then it wasn't long before she couldn't keep her mind off of him. Which was good because he had no plans of ever letting her go. Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence.
