Amalia comes from the capitol. She used to guide the ones going in the arena and the ones who come out, the victors.
She gives them therapy and helps them with everything that follow when you win the games.
The story starts after the Quartelquel ended, but it didn't end how president snow wanted to. Amalia helps with the rebelion. She believes they can win and that justice will follow. How that will happen is something she doesn't know yet. But she believes in herself in Katniss, the Mockinjay
