After his parents are murdered in a strange explosion, Josh gave himself one job: To rid the city of organized crime and corruption, 
But he can't do it alone. 

 Time: The near future. 
Place: Dorium, a city located in the rocky mountains. 

The Problem: Corruption in Dorium has reached an all-time high. The government, Police force, schools, and crime... all controlled, but out of the loop. And one organization is behind it.

The Organization: Hyde, an Invisible network of powerful individuals, all hell-bent on complete control of the city, and spreading their powerful influence. Anyone who doesn't accept their bribes or requests are killed. 

The Police are ignoring the worsening crime, and getting paid for it. The crime itself is highly organized, and supported by Hyde as well. Drugs and illegal weapons are imported, and strange experiments are conducted. Gang Wars are fought in The Rust, and people are dying. It's organized chaos.

And all of this is conducted right under the public's nose. No one knows that all of the incidents are connected.
