Justinian DeMonte was trying to live a normal life. She really was, but when you have the personality she does weird lights in an alleyway often tend to attract your attention. Probably should have followed that common knowledge to never follow the weird lights, but then who does. Though honestly if Justinian has known what would have happened in that alley and who it would end up killing maybe she would have gone in, or maybe it would have made her go in faster...
