Axaxis is a modern country with a Meritocratic political system. This means leaders are selected according to personal achivement. Districts and General Area States make up most of the country.District O is where the fairly regular people live. District Z is where most of the Zen users live. The state Areas are uncompromised and aren't Each district is composed of multiple states. Yito Capital is where the newly elected president lives, fifteen year old Artel Moonson. 


 

The CMP ( Monarch Party) has formed it's own monarchy under District O with it's State Palace in New Urion city. Zor Misoon, the founder of the Monarchy Party and President cooperated with the Wind Of Shia to form  the Zen Force.( Civilian Enforcement Of Domestic Terrorism) The 

Zen Force was founded for the purpose of citizens being able to fight malice in their residing districts. Zorsic Misoon created a training program that had to be undergone for people to register. It consisted of Zen control and zeal used for defensive options. Upon completion, an Officer License would be granted. One that could be used for government jobs and unary investigations. These are the unwritten events and backstory that will occur in  Chapter One. 



"Z Abilities are quite unique to the zeal user. It's something that they themselves had created and achieved personally through either training, thought or both using zeal.
