I am the best and i have countless awards to show for it. My restaurants are known all over the world. I can stand with giants and they will notice me because am the best there is and i earned it at the age of 26. Not many Chefs can stand and make the same claim as i. My restaurant is everything to me and i will not allow anything to distract my focus. All i have ever done is give. Even when my father told me to be cautious i ignored him and decided to trust a man that i barely knew and it cost my family everything. I have watched my father suffer for my mistakes but am going to make it right, for my sake and my family's. I will not allow anything to distract me nor will i allow my heart to be broken ever again.

Sometimes when I say "I'm okay", I want someone to look me in the eyes, hug me tight and say, "I know you're not". I have felt like this many times in my life; as a kid, teenager and as an adult. I have seen many things in my life and felt even more things that has been horribly depressing... But I got up. I stood up to walk on for another day. I dealt with my emotional amnesia the only way I knew I could and that was by writing it out into poetry. I wanted to forget my pain and forget what I was going through. I needed that cut of the blade or a pill to drink to take everything away. My poetry became both my pill and my blade... Now I share the most intimate part of myself with the world. The part of me I kept hidden in the closet. The part I never thought I would ever present to the world. Now is the time I have to stop having amnesia about my emotions. It is time to learn, to better myself and to stand up and remember the things that I shut out like a voluntary amnesia all these years. Those who are offended after reading this - f**k you! Sacramento California has been really busy lately responding to fires, accidents , arresting people and the criminal attorneys defending their clients. Each has their own personal lives outside of work as well. At times, it seems these two work and personal life can overlap and /or get in the way of them doing their job effectively.

Weight Gain And Inflation Stories part 2

Many of us are not happy about ourselves, something we have done or not done, or the way we react to other people. We keep recycling sad thoughts until they become what we are. We can break this cycle . . . we really can choose to be happy. For most people being happy is not difficult but it does require persistence to undo the habits of a life time. There are many simple techniques to promote happiness. Some of them you probably heard from your grandmother . . . but there are other, less obvious ways. The brain makes up about 2 percent of a human's body weight, uses 20% of the oxygen consumed by the body and . . . is often not under our control. Proof? Try counting slowly with your eyes closed in a quiet place. How far did you get before you lost count and started thinking about something else? Many people can't make it past ten. Drugs are not the answer. Why risk addiction while destroying your lungs and your brain with alcohol, nicotine (smoking tobacco or vaping), cannabis (marijuana), opium derived drugs like Oxycontin or other unnecessary and unhealthy chemicals? If you need to dispel a bad mood, use one or more meditation techniques, evolution's natural way to obtain happiness. ANYTHING. you see, i need this part in this movie, it's the one that will make me a BIG STAR. ok, i kind of already am a celebrity but that's all another story. thing is my life's a little crazy right now & there's so much stuff standing in the way. there's FAMILY- of course & then the boyfriend, i'm not sure about that, we'll see. also, i also have this little PILL HABIT, it's just little, really (kind of a secret), then top it all off with some MIND CONTROL but i don't know about that or do i? it's so confusing, all rabbit holes & no rainbows, but the sacrifices- it's worth it, right? Because i want to be a star, i really do. i think. ** This story contains child abuse, sexual assault, drug use, murder and thoughts of suicide. A dark story intended for mature audiences. The story is meant to be read as is, small case was done as a stylistic mode. I notice especially the letter i as in myself reverted to a capital so i will be fixing that. I will be doing another check to find any typos which after a million edits, still appear. Although people have noticed similarities in some of the characters to real people I like to be clear that I first published this story in May of 2016, a couple years before the Weinstein scandal and the #metoo movement.
