Nagasami, a 16 year old boy who moves to California from Washington, meets Becky, also a 16 year old who he met while running to catch his bus at OaksWorth High. Then, while he almost caught up with the bus, he bumps into Becky, making them both fall to the ground. He apologises tells the reason why he was running and apparently , she was going to OaksWorth as well. They, both waited for the next bus and goes to their school. As time went on the two became best friends and Nagasami started to have feelings for Becky. Not knowing how to tell her that, he struggles to find the perfect time and place to tell her.
