(Btw I drew the cover myself, anyway...) Cassi Midnight has a dark glitchy side that she can somewhat control, and it also controls all of her emotions. But she lives in a faction that only allows smiling and positivity. But when she meets a guy her age with the same dark glitch as her, should she let out her dark side and learn to love, or will she keep her dark side hidden, and never love at all? Does she really want to be normal if it is going to cost that?

Until she pushes him into showing her his true appearance and marks his life as the first person to ever tell him that he looks better without the hologram. Then, as promised, she shows him what she really looks like and he falls for her. Too bad there's only two trimesters left of his senior year before he graduates. Will Kurt be able to pull Kerri out of her shell before he graduates and has to find what to do next with his life? And what about the pressures of high school and the anti mutant society that are always there at the edge of their life?Complete

My immediate thought was I hope she choose to live and love again if the opportunity arose to marry someone else. Thus Love Metamorphosis was born.
