Annie, an asylum doctor, is required to investigate a reported madman, but the man in question is said to do odd things like sketch the dead and carry around dolls. Reluctantly, she investigates him until one day she is caught. Held captive, Annie begins to learn more about Vinny: the secret behind his mysterious dolls and the reason he's at the scene of every death. But the longer she stays, the quicker she realizes this man is not at all what anyone had imagined...
