Lilith Shell is a mermaid who loves land, she has since she was young when she found a necklace from above- from land. A few years later she becomes friends with a human- Maire Copper.
Once she's 16 Lilith uses magic to turn herself half human. Legs when dry, tail when wet.
Then she meets Max Caperton. He seems average but he has a deep secret. He's part merman- and cursed at that.
Lilith promises to help him, going on a journey through the sea to get him his legs back- to reverse the curse. With the guidance of Lilith's pure mermaid friend Pearl Clam of course.
They don't release it but Lilith and Max slowly fall for each other, making Max question if he truly wants his legs back.
