Curt Cobain once said "Wanting to be Someone else is a Waste of Who You Are" I never took it seriously, it was just another thing these famous people said just to impress the viewers. Until found out the meaning of his words for myself the hard way. Life's way of telling you that nothing is better than being you. This is a diary about the early stages of my life which i would like to call the Caterpillar stage. Which you all know as the Teenage stage. Including all the bitter truths about my life and all the other things i have come to cherish till to date. - Join Talia and experience her journey through a stage many people have been through. If you are wondering if it's going to be your everyday typical teenage book that's for you to decide. I have decided to write this book and bring out some certain things that are not said and that touch me deeply. I hope you will give this book a chance. I hope you will love the plot i created. ***Note*** That this book is not meant for everyone. There shall be triggers. Some slight mature content nothing you all can't handle. Some form of violence. **Everything in this book is a work of fiction including the characters names all from the writers imagination.**

*PUBLISHED as 'Tired of Being Tired, Sick of Being Sad' by Azia To *now on amazon* This is the book I wish I had when I was 12, 13, 14 and growing up until I was 20. It's the stuff I wish I told my high school self. *** This is how I feel - these are my thoughts. They're funny. They're a bit weird. They're extremely honest. And I will not be apologetic about any of this (Sorry - I'm not trying to give Canadians a bad rep here but...). All these short essays are raw and mean a lot to me. This is me handing you a key to my home, and for you to explore the parts that I have built and things that I have picked up along my journeys. You may find that my home may look a lot like yours. It's funny how we find parts of ourselves in the people we meet. Make yourself comfortable. Have a seat. Welcome. *** A collection of funny essays about hurting, loving, and healing as a teenage girl in 2018.
