The dare is about how Zoey gets dared by jake the guy she hates most of all out of her friends that she hangs with, she is a tomb boy so Jake thought he would be clever to dare Zoey to be a girl for a school term/ 3 months. That means she has to dress girly at school wear make up and do the school sports that is all girly that she never plays.
