After the High Council has been sorted out, Cliffjumper and Arcee are back together. Sort of. Arcee is still trying to grasp that Cliffjumper is here. He's alive. She doesn't know how to cope with that knowledge, but she also doesn't know what effects it will have on the poor mech pining after her. Cliffjumper, if nothing else, only wants his partner back. If she doesn't feel the same way, he would be perfectly happy just to maintain the partnership they'd had before. It's hard, being back from the dead. Cliffjumper wants to make the most of it. He just hopes that Arcee does too.

A/n: This is based off a book that is currently being rewritten. Since we need Cliffcee, I'm leaving it up but I will edit it so it's not based entirely off a book you can't currently view.

The Autobots are outnumbered and outgunned; even more so after the lose of Cliffjumper. Despite all the support there human allies give and the wins the autobots manage to secure, there numbers are always an issue that is over the autobots heads. Fortunately Primus has seen the autobots struggles especially there latest troubles with Ratchet, Bulkhead, and Bumblebee recovering from a trap full of a swarm of scraplets. and Optimus and Arcee are recovering from a near death trip to the Arctic. When the children left to go home, the autobots picked up a emergency signal from an unknown source. Unable to ignore this, and the only bots that can walk Optimus and Arcee go to investigate. When they get to the scene they find an escape pod that was transmitting the signal. But they get ambushed by the decepticons, due to still not being fully defrosted from there trip to the Arctic, Optimus and Arcee struggle severally. As it seems that the bots are going to be captured. A bot arrives on the scene to lend his weapons and aid taking out the cons with ease. After there savior finished off the decepticons, Arcee finally got a good look at who the bot was; and to her surprise its someone who she hasn't seen in a long time. Find out who there rescuer by reading my first Transformers fanfic. A/N: I try to keep my Prime fanfics to go along with the TF Prime cannon as much as possible. For example, no decepticon deaths to early, or outright big changes. And if there is said big change I try to make a loophole to try and keep following cannon.
