NefCal is the modern day war and they said "War might be your greatest victory but also your bittersweet defeat." Here, teens will learn and earn. They have the power to rewrite the future and this damaged society.

As they said, "Power is not for the faint soul." You decide whether its for good or evil. Power can save lives, and it can just as easily take them. It can make you a hero, but it also easily make you a villain-or worse, a monster.

But there is one and only rule that you MUST, by law, keep and follow. To KILL your feelings in order to achieve victory. Kill it as it might kill you. Feelings kill you much more than power could ever do.

Never break the rules unless you want death to come knocking at your door. It's simple, isn't it?

What can you sacrifice in order to win?

Are you willing to be killed just to save others? Or are you willing to kill just to save yourself?

The power is in you, to choose and do whatever it takes to win the victory. The power is in you, but do you have what it takes to be the Heir or the heiress and change this fucked up society?
