Rather than sending young Patroclus to Phthia, Menoetius sold his son to sex traffickers instead - but yet, Patroclus still found himself under Peleus' rule. 

In a world where Patroclus is Achilles concubine instead of a best friend, the two grow up very differently than from what we are used to. 

Amongst assassination attempts, a war, and other obstacles, the boys learn to love another and explore their relationship. 

But is love enough, when everyone else is against them?

Patroclus and Achilles have to join forces with the demigods in order to find their way home when they awaken at the edges of camp half-blood. The Trojan War is still fresh in the minds, despite not knowing how they came to be at the camp. Trust will be tested when a certain god shows up to aid them. It is only through working together that they will be able to return home. Some things will be different, for instance, Percy has never met Achilles. Almost everything, except the plot, belongs to Rick Riordan and Madeline Miller. There are spoilers for the entire Percy Jackson series and Song of Achilles. Canva was used to make the cover.

So basically the Trojan war but it's like the High School Musical version. Everyone is still gay and people die. If you haven't read the two previous books to understand the Greek Mythology AU characters, you'll still mostly get what is going on. Trigger Warning: same as before, blood and gore, violence, peril.
