She was hoping that he would protect them because they were of his bloodline, even though she knew showing up at Stone Haven would probably cost her, her life. 
Jeremy Thought she was dead, His anger had gave him the strength to take the pack from his father, yet here she is standing naked in front of him with two 6 year old children clinging to her legs and an arrow sticking out of her shoulder.
