Julee Clark is a young girl that simply doesn't fit in with the rest of the puzzle pieces. She's awkward, weird, and academically unsuccessful. her family is falling apart, and her only shoulder to cry on is her friend Mariah. Her dad is never home because of work, and her mom is also unavailable because of her work at the local hospital from dawn to dusk. She feels as if nobody really loves her. A boy named Luke Hemmings comes along and shows her that there really is someone that loves her. There's adventure, love, heartbreak, betrayal, forgiveness, and drama in their complex adventure.
