Being a teenager is bad enough; being a teenage superhero is worse.

Summer is used to moving all over the country, so when her parents announce they're moving to Shawayo, the smallest island in the Hawaiian chain, the only thing she's surprised about is that they're finally leaving the mainland. She is a little heartbroken, but like she always does, she bottles her feelings deep inside of her only to have them spill out later.

Callie has always called Shawayo home. Nothing new ever happens, and that's just how she likes it. That is, until the arrival of Summer and Megan and finding out about her true destiny.

Brett is a party girl, someone to have fun with but never have a real relationship with her. After a horrific realization of how she's acting, she decides to turn her life around, but it might end up hurting her more in the end.

Devon had actually been excited to move to Shawayo. She loved new scenery, and Shawayo? It sounded like a fun place, but when she gets there, she finds out it's definitely not what she thought it was.

Melissa has always hidden in the background and hoped that no one would notice her. Unfortunately, what she learns about herself forces her into the spotlight more than she wants to.

Five girls. Five elements. One small island. One massive alien race hell-bend on destroying the planet.
